Architecture for Everyone is part of the BCRA Design/Korsmo Construction design team to deliver Lowell Elementary School for Tacoma Public Schools. Architecture for Everyone contributes to all phases of design from schematic design to construction documentation.
At Lowell, our focus was the heart of the building — the entries, lobby, and a three-story open vertical connection that gives the school its sense of movement and community. The site posed serious constraints: a steep slope, a height cap imposed by Visually Sensitive Area zoning, and a dense residential boundary. Architecture for Everyone navigated all of it alongside BCRA Design from schematic design through construction documentation.
